Amazing Grace
Appaloosa Mare
Age: 40
Living in sanctuary since: 2007
Special Needs: Blind both eyes removed
Best Friend: Lakota Woman
Grace is the second blind horse given sanctuary at the Triple O. She came here with one eye badly deteriorated which was surgically removed in 2007.
At that time her other eye was cloudy but intact. As common with ERU. her other eye began to deteriorate over the years and was removed in 2015.
Even at her age she's in great shape and has never had any lameness issues. She fits her name - she's amazing ❤️❤️❤️
